ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE PRESENT GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") apply to the contractual relationship established between the WALLONIA BELGIUM TOURISM association whose head office is at 25-27 Rue du Marché aux Herbes 1000 Brussels, registered at the BCE under the number 0888.366.085, hereinafter referred to as "WBT" or "We", and the "Customer" or "You" regarding the use of the Website: visitwallonia.com, mice.visitwallonia.com and visitwallonia.eu, (hereinafter the " Site ") and Services available there (hereinafter" the Services ").
1.2. In contracting with WBT , via the use of the Site and Services entails the formal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, excluding the application of those of the Customer or any other provision to which we have not given our written consent and formal beforehand. As such, by contracting with WBT, the Customer undertakes not to invoke his own general conditions of sale or purchase which could be on his own purchase orders, invoices or letters, etc.
1.3. This Agreement is concluded in French.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE, VALIDITY AND DURATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE WEBSITE VISITWALLONIA.COM, MICE.VISITWALLONIA.COM ET VISITWALLONIA.EU
2.1. Simply connecting to or using the Site and / or the Services available therein implies that You agree to enter into a contract with Us.
2.2. You can also consult our General Conditions at any time, save them and print them from the Site.
2.3. These General Conditions present on the Site have been in effect since May 25, 2018 and remain applicable throughout the duration of the use of the Site and Services.
2.4. WBT reserves the right to adapt and modify these General Conditions, it being specified that the applicable General Conditions are those in force on the day of use of the Site or Services by the Customer.
ARTICLE 3 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY WBT ON THE SITE
3.1. WBT provides the Customer with the Site which constitutes a guide in the search for information on the tourist facilities of Wallonia as well as on the various services related to the tourist activity in general in this beautiful region. The objective is to offer the Customer, via this portal site, a simple, fast and user-friendly access to the information he is looking for in order to discover Wallonia. The information on the WBT Site is of a general nature. If you need more specific advice, you should always consult providers directly by writing to them, phoning them or consulting their website.
3.2. No sales and service contract related to these sales is therefore concluded via the Site between You and Us.
ARTICLE 4 - ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
4.1. The Site is accessible to anyone with internet access. All costs related to access to the Site, whether material costs, software or Internet access are exclusively the responsibility of the user. He remains solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment and its access to the Internet.
4.2. WBT reserves the right to refuse access to all or part of the Site, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any Customer who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE 5 - CONTENT OF THE SITE
5.1. WBT works closely to ensure that the information provided on the Site is complete, correct and up-to-date. Despite these efforts, errors may appear in the information provided to you. If the information provided on the Site contained errors or if certain information was unavailable, WBT will make every effort to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
5.2. WBT aim to avoid interruptions due to technical problems as much as possible. Nevertheless, WBT cannot guarantee that the Site will be completely free from interruptions or will not be affected by other technical problems.

6.1. The Customer agrees to use the Site in compliance with these General Conditions and applicable laws. Consequently, it accepts in particular not to hinder or distort the functioning of the Site, to not infringe on all or part of its elements, or not to access fraudulently.

8.3. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or part, is constitutive of counterfeit that can engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
8.4 The fact of affixing a hypertext link to the WBT using the technique known as "framing" or "deep linking" is strictly prohibited.
8.5. Any total or partial reproduction of the WBT Website is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
9.1. These General Conditions, and more generally the contract that You conclude with WBT are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and / or execution lies with the competent French-speaking courts of Brussels.
ARTICLE 10 - FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. The fact that WBT does not avail itself, at one time or another, of one of the provisions of these General Conditions can not be interpreted as a waiver by the latter to take advantage of it later.
10.2 If one of the provisions of the General Conditions is declared null or ineffective, it shall be deemed unwritten, without this affecting the validity of the other provisions, unless the provision declared void or ineffective was essential and decisive.
10.3 The electronic data stored in WBT's information systems relating to the Services offered by WBT is valid between the parties, until proven otherwise. This electronic data is therefore admissible, valid and enforceable against the Client under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be drawn up, received or kept in paper form.
10.4 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and WBT including the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (to which this Agreement refers) and governs the use of the Site.
