La Binchoise is a craft brewery in Binche, a city known worldwide for its Carnaval des Gilles.
Guests are welcomed in a former malthouse - quite an exceptional setting, which can of course be visited should you wish to learn more about its craft, high fermentation beers.
Make sure to stop at the tavern to try the chef's signature dish: the Binchoise, made with the famous brew.
