Chocolate: 30 years of passion
Cathy and Alain had a dream: opening a chocolate factory. Since opening their doors, they have experimented with fascinating flavours such as pink peppercorn, ginger, violet, jasmine... Time to indulge!
Signature recipes
Gourmandines, chocolate truffles, mushrooms and potatoes made of marzipan, acorns made of almond pralinés, nougats... are some the Maison Bressant specialties.
