Gueuzerie Tilquin (Rebecq)

The Gueuzerie Tilquin is:

The Gueuzerie Tilquin makes Gueuze the traditional way (Oude Gueuze). The beer wort, freshly brewed, are bought from several regional producers (Pajottenland and Brussels) then put into oak casks for 1, 2 or 3 years. The lambics are then blended and bottled to become after 6 months of refermentation, the Gueuze Tilquin à l'ancienne, 6.4 alc./vol. and sold in 27.5 and 75 cl bottles.
