Natural brut bubbles
- Chrysalide: still white wine (800 to 1,000 bottles) or natural, extra brut sparkling wines (no yeast added for the second fermentation)
- L’inattendu de Nonn: natural brut sparkling wine, traditional method
- Le Schuyler: made with black grapes with white flesh
