About the brewery
- The name, Fantôme (ghost) refers to the local legend - Princess Berthe in La Roche
- Created in 1988, this family managed artisanal brewery organises many events in the village
A range of 75cl beers
- La Fantôme - fruity
- La Saison d'Érezée - flavoured differently each season (lime, camomile, apple juice...)
- La Fantôme chocolat - an amber beer with cacao notes
- La Fantôme spéciale Noël - a dark beer with caramel notes
Treat yourself to a visit
- On request during weekends and school holidays (45-50 persons max)
- Possibility to serve plates with 5 cheeses + tasting of a beer after the visite (30 persons min, booking required)
