This micro brewery makes its beer with water (from a well dug in bedrock), malt, hop flowers and spices.
These brews are natural: no sugar nor chemical additive were added.
The Abbaye des rocs created 3 beers: L'Abbaye des Rocs, La Montagnarde, La Blanche des Honnelles.
Its efforts were awarded with:
- The « Ratebeer » Gold Medal (USA) - Top Brewers in the World en 2006
- Best Belgian Beer of Wallonia in 2012
