Belgian chocolate  in Ciney, Namur and Rochefort

Founder of Chocolaterie Sigoli, Euprhasie Mbamba was elected Walloon chocolatier in 2019 by Gault & Millau and Best Walloon artisan in 2017.

This chocolatier designed sumptuous alliances between cacao beans (from Cameroun, Ghana and Tanzania) and high-quality terroir products. You can discover on site how the cacao nibs are turned into delicious treats such as:

  • The Sigoji, an intense praline
  • The Pavé cinacien, a sweet praliner
  • Bean to bar chocolate slabs
