A sustainable Belgian brewery

  • In 2011, friends from Rochefort, passionate about beer and the local region, had the idea of opening their craft brewery near Rochefort
  • The key words of this cooperative with a social purpose are: low energy, fair and local trade, ecological and local raw materials
  • Book a tour of these brewing facilities during which you will receive explanations about the history and specificities of the place, just before enjoying the tasting

Naturally brewed beers

All year round, the Brasserie de la Lesse produces top fermentation beers. All of the ingredients used in their manufacture come from organic farming, 98% of Belgian origin. All of these beers are also certified organic.

  • La Chinette: a lager to drink on any occasion, which won the Gold medal for the “Best local amber beer brewed in Wallonia”
  • La Marie-Blanche, perfect for hot summer days, voted “Best Belgian Beer of Wallonia” in 2016
  • L’HIVEResse: a winter brunette, available from October to February
  • Do try these too: Top Lesse, Cambrée, Rouge-Croix, Esprit Triple's.
