Located near Stavelot, Dr. Clyde Distillery produces artisanal, traditional, natural rum, whisky, gin, absinth and pastis.
Production
- Pierre-Yves Smits wanted to step aside from big industrial structures and open a place reflecting his own values: quality and handicraft. All steps of the production, all the way to bottling, waxing and labelling are done by hand.
- In 2018, the company moves to Trois-Ponts where it extended its range to 15 products (rum, gin, absinth...)
