- Friday: from 5pm to 10:30pm
- Saturday: Start at 1:45 pm for the Jeunes Foulées, at 3:15 pm for the 5 km course and at 3 pm for the 10 and 15 km courses
- Sunday: solo walking between 8am and 5pm, guided walks between 10am and 2pm.
