This exhibition retraces 90 years of history shared between the Royal Museum of Mariemont and its association:

• the help provided after the fire of 1960
• the new museum building
• the creation of the mediation service
• the edition of the first catalog of the collections...

From treasure to treasure, the exhibition shows the collective work of the Royal Circle of Mariemont. Through different pieces, some shown for the first time, the exhibition recounts the strong moments, the founding gestures and the emblematic figures of the Circle.

The Royal Circle of Friends of Mariemont

With more than 1,250 active members, the Royal Circle of Friends of Mariemont is one of the largest cultural and museum membership associations in the country. Since its creation in 1934, it has actively participated in enriching the Mariemont collections in continuation of the spirit instilled by our founder and patron, Raoul Warocqué.
