Located on the Herve plate, the Dalaheim Castellum vineyards are known for its natural wines, produced without pesticides.
The vineyards
- Located on the slopes of the former Count of Dalhem's estate, and south oriented, these terrace vineyards count 4,500 plants over 2 hectares. They are pruned high so that badgers have no access to them.
- No chemicals are used to get rid of insects nor weeds: resistant vine plants, adapted to the soil on site, were chosen instead.
Ecological wines
Dalaheim Castellum produces 100ecological wines with surprising aromas :
- 4 white wines: Solaris, Blanc Péry, Chenestre and Wixhou gris
- 4 red wines: Wichet de la rose, Wichet barrique, Neûr Péry and Cabernet Jura
