Pouhon Pierre le Grand, the main source of Spa and an exceptional heritage element, is home to one of the most abundant and carbonated springs in the city. Rich in iron, invigorating and loaded with mineral salts, it produces an average of 21,000 liters per day.

Pouhon history

This large building, shaped as an octagonal kiosk, was built by architect Victor Besme in 1880.

In the largest room hangs a canvas by the painter Antoine Fontaine (1894): it brings together 96 illustrious personalities who have stayed in Spa.
