The Schumer-Widart farm raise its cattle in Bastogne and invites you to share their passion. During the visit, you will discover the various steps involved in making the products made on site... and get a chance to taste them, of course.
The farm, located near the Animalaine wool museum, features dairy (Holstein, brown and Swiss cows) as well as meat cattle (BBB, blondes d’Aquitaine). The producer will share his passion for cheese, yogurt, ice-cream and will show you the various steps in the production: from milking the cows to the finished product.
