  • Exhibition

Through this choral and initiatory exhibition, the CAP tells the story of Mons through historical and contemporary objects.

A sensitive and intimate face of Mons at the CAP

The CAP (Culture - Art - Heritage) gathered forty artists as well as numerous objects loaded with history to sketch a sensitive and intimate face of Mons, but also of all the cities born of the modern world.

The exhibition Pulsations. Faces of a City invites the visitor to a sensory and reflective exploration, where the body, emotions and memory become essential to understanding. Throughout the experience, fundamental questions emerge: what is the importance of collective memory? What role does water play in our ecosystem and our civilizations? How can we rethink housing in the face of climate challenges? What is the place of the sacred and the spiritual in our modern societies?
