- Before being connoisseurs, Les Trévires was a team of brewers with a clear philosophy
- 2 superb copper tanks, big enough to hold 20 hl each, allows them to brew extraordinary beers
- La Brasserie Des Trévires also recycles the water from the brews to wash the bottles returned

- La Faucheuse - high quality beer, true to Belgian traditions
- Vitibrinus - the first 100% Belgian Grape Ale
- La Tréweiss - wheat beer, half way between a white and Weiss beer
