Housed in a building dating from the first half of the 19th century, Arlon's Archaeological Museum presents collections dedicated to archaeology and local folklore. A wealth of exhibits to explore with your loved ones.
The richest Gallo-Roman collection in Belgium
The museum's Gallo-Roman section houses the richest collection in Belgium, comprised of funerary monuments and civic buildings.
The various scenes depicted on the monuments offer authentic glimpses into the life and customs of the inhabitants of the Arlon region during Antiquity.
Other gems
The central gallery on the ground floor contains a multitude of funerary objects found in necropolises within the province of Luxembourg. Its centerpiece: the Weyler helmet.
The upper floor illustrates the craftsmanship of artisans and the daily life of our ancestors through:

- personal ornaments
- tools and weapons.
