Discover the exceptional setting of one of the last Belgian slate quarries.

Work in this slate quarry stopped in 1947. During this 45 minutes visit, you will tell learn more about this industry, wander through its mysterious galleries, home only to bats these days, and see the beautiful aquifer there.

The final themed room presents the exploitation techniques used in the quarry via a documentary.

Make sure you wear warm clothes for your visit. The temperature in the galleries remains at 10 degrees throughout the whole year, humidity being over 80%.
