Standing on a limestone plateau in the province of Hainaut, Ragnies is a picturesque village belongs to the commune ot Thuin, in the province of Hainaut.
A fantastic heritage
This beautiful peaceful village is surrounded by the Luiseul forest to the south, the Agaise forest to the north, and four impressive farmhouses. The Ferme du Chêne organises Medieval inspired events and tastings while the ferme de l’Escafène has an organic butcher's shop.
Back at the heart of the village, take the time to step into the Saint Martin Church, renovated several times and proud of Romanesque architecture. Its baroque choir stalls, made of oak wood, are particularly stunning.
