The International Small Paper Format Biennial returns to Viroinval and will extend ts celebraions to Namur until November 17, 2024.
Contemporary art in A4 format
The 22nd edition of the Small Paper Format Biennial will gather over 150 artists of 28 different nationalities in Nismes (Viroinval), at the Action-Sud Cultural Center. In October, the exhibition then moves to Namur, at the Pôle Muséal Les Bateliers. A total of 151 artists from all over the world will present their contemporary art on paper, limited to A4 format.
The approach of the biennial has evolved over time, while preserving its essence: the selection of Belgian and international artists by a jury of experts. Creators from diverse backgrounds send their compositions made with various techniques.
