The oldest brewery in Wallonia can be found in Pipaix (Hainaut region). The story starts in 1933, when Alfred Dubuisson created the Bush, which recipe is still enjoyed, unchanged to this day... along with other fantastic natural beers.
Visit'Entreprise
The guided tour will tell you about the whole brewing process, from the hops fields to bottling, via the fermentation room, cellar. The visit concludes on a tasting and a stop at the shop, should you wish to take a few souvenirs back home.
A restaurant and a fantastic beer museum
In November 2019, to mark its 250th birthday, the brewery opened Le Trolls & Bush, a restaurant, and its Beerstorium, quite a unique museum with interactive, 3D installations and an escape game.
