The craft brewery De Ranke in Dottignies is famous for the complexity in flavour of its high fermented beers.
The brewery which exports its productions to more than 20 countries and has won several awards, is well known across the Atlantic.
Almost all the beers produced on site are highly fermented: this means that its aromatic ingredients have a chance to infuse it with a more intense palette of flavours and aromas. The beers ae neither filtered nor pasteurised during the brewing process, thus keeping the taste as rich as possible. Their colour naturally fades with time.
