The Palais des Beaux Arts in Charleroi will be hosting artist Pierre Debatty's Noir & Blancs exhibition, inspired by the industrial landscape and mining heaps near Charleroi.
Pierre Debatty shares his observations, his reflections on the economic crisis the region went through in the 80ies, his hopes for a renewal.
