Every summer, the Sundays of July and August, saxophone players settle in the streets of Dinant, delighting passers-by and music lovers. A tribute to Mr Sax, born in this city: he invented this faboulous instrument.
The event proves more successful every year: the perfect opportunity to sit on the terrace of a café, order a comforting drink and dream.
Program
The narrow streets of Dinant will echo the warm notes and intoxicating rhythms of saxophones. Roaming groups will start at 1 p.m. from Maison Sax (Place Collard), follow the Promenade de Meuse and finish at 4 p.m. in the Saint-Nicolas district.
On July 13, the event will be held exclusively at Le Tour de Monsieur Sax kiosk.
