- Exhibition
BPS22, an art museum of the Province of Hainaut, presents a retrospective of Jean-Pierre Ransonnet's work from 1972 to 1980.
A Belgian artist knows for its spontaneous, cheerful oil paintings, Jean-Pierre Ransonnet features through locations, social happening and Lierneux memories of his childhood.
About the exhibition
- This exhibition brings lights to a lesser known period of the artist's life, during which he tries, with a sense of humour and irony, new techniques such as photography and writing
- In parallel, visitors can learn about Jean-Pierre Point's work, which celebrates the beauty of every single day though the same questioning of photography.
