Paintings, sculptures and other contemporary works can be seen all over the city of Liège... Art au Centre invites you to discover these incredible pieces, exhibited in the windows of unoccupied Liège shops throughout the year.
Contemporary artists from Liège, Belgium and abroad offer an artistic journey through the city during three periods of the year: from February to April, June to August and October to December.
Art accessible to all in Liège
Art au Centre is a project born from the collaboration between two non-profit organizations: Liège Gestion Centre-Ville and Mouvements Sans Titre. Their common goal? To create a link between the cultural sector and the commercial sector and to boost the city center of Liège through art exhibitions set in the windows of empty commercial units.
Painting, sculpture, installation, participatory work, performance, photography, video... All forms of contemporary art are represented.
The explanatory booklet and the route map are available free of charge at the Galeries Saint-Lambert, at the Gare des Guillemins trai station, at the Musée de La Boverie, as well as on the dedicated website.
