Discover Walloon national parks, where untamed nature immerses you in stunning, breathtaking landscapes. Located in the emblematic regions of southern Belgium, these preserved spaces promise incredible memories.

What is a national park?

Since December 2022, Wallonia is proud to count two national parks: an international recognition that truly celebrates these vast natural areas.

Unlike nature parks, which have a broader scope, national parks are exclusively dedicated to the protection of biodiversity and the development of sustainable tourism.

They prove an ideal playground for outdoor activities such as hiking, trail running, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing...

Want a real break from routine? Explore the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse national park or/and the Semois Valley national park for an adventure.
