Since late January, BPS22 has been hosting an exhibition dedicated to the artist duo Louis Bachelot and Marjolaine Caron. Their work combines photography, ceramics, and performance within a world that is both fascinating and unsettling.

This immersive journey draws on myths, disturbing imagery, and hybrid forms to explore the darker side of the human soul. Desire, violence, beauty, and transgression intertwine throughout the pieces.

The Royal Museum of Mariemont ’s spring exhibition delves into the world of 16th-century engraving. Through forty original prints, visitors can discover how artist Giovanni Antonio da Brescia helped spread the works of the great Renaissance masters.

Engravings, sculptures, reproductions, and period tools reveal the inner workings of an art form essential to the circulation of imagery. Pieces are on loan from prestigious collections, including the Louvre Museum and the Bibliothèque nationale de France.

The Photography Museum is hosting American photographer Gregory Crewdson, a major figure on the international art scene. For over thirty years, his work has explored the fractures of the American Dream through striking imagery.

Inspired by cinematic language, the artist's photographs stage deserted streets, uncanny lighting, and heavy atmospheres. The exhibition brings together works from three series created between 2012 and 2022, conceived as a complete trilogy.

This year, the DHAM presents a major retrospective of Dimitri Pichelle 's work. Over 75 pieces help retrace more 30 years of creation, ranging from raw materials and powerful gestures to a singular artistic universe.

Structured into six themes, the exhibition explores the human figure, bas-reliefs, sculptures, and other striking facets of the Belgian artist's work. A dense, sometimes unsettling, yet always captivating immersion.

The collection is showcased in a building classified as exceptional Walloon heritage, featuring an exclusive interview and guided tours led by the artist.

Liège | Until 23 August 2026

Located in Liège, La Boverie is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an exceptional exhibition. Over 250 works are on display, including masterpieces by Pablo Picasso, René Magritte, and Vincent van Gogh.

The event takes you behind the scenes of the museum: conservation, analysis, international loans, and exhibition staging. It offers a lively and accessible way to understand how a major cultural institution operates.

Starting this spring, the Fondation Folon honors Japanese architect Kengo Kuma with a sensitive and inspiring exhibition. Models and iconic projects reveal an architecture of lightness, designed to reconnect with nature and the places where we live and dwell.

The experience is also sensory: sounds, materials, transparency, and light invite visitors to perceive space in a new way.

In Namur, the Rops Museum is hosting an exceptional selection of 517 works from the collection of enthusiast Victor Arwas. Drawings, engravings, rare books... This unique collection, assembled over a lifetime, is now unveiled to the public.

These works resonate with those of Félicien Rops, a major figure in Belgian art. The exhibition also poses questions: why do we collect? What would you choose to keep?

Head to the Grand Curtius in Liège, where the refinement of the Val Saint-Lambert crystal works during the Art Nouveau period takes center stage. Part of the manufacturer's bicentenary celebrations, this exhibition plunges you into its period of intense creativity, between 1880 and 1914.

Nearly 150 works reveal the elegance of forms, Japanese inspiration, and the exceptional craftsmanship of the artisans. A special focus is dedicated to Léon Ledru, a key figure with a passion for Oriental art.

A luminous immersion into the history of a modern art form that brought international renown to Liège and Belgium.

Charleroi | Until 17 September 2026

Starting 18 April, the Charleroi Museum of Fine Arts celebrates the 200th anniversary of a jewel of Belgian industry. With the Art Deco and Modernism at Val Saint-Lambert exhibition, dive into the heart of the interwar period, where the flowing curves of Art Nouveau gave way to the structured elegance of Art Deco.

Nearly 200 items - glassware, iconic creations, and archives - present the craftsmanship and artistic boldness of the famous crystal works.

An opportunity to rediscover the sheer modernity of a manufacturer that defined its era.

Grand-Hornu | Until 10 October 2026

Starting 14 June, Grand-Hornu dedicates a space to the personal vision of designer Damien Gernay. Spanning two decades of creation, the artist explores the links between nature, materials, and craftsmanship.

Fire, water, rock, and forest inspire pieces that are both poetic and intriguing, where textures and forms invite visitors to feel as much as to look.

A sensory exhibition that challenges our perception of reality and reveals a sensitive universe at the intersection of design and nature.

For its bicentenary, Val Saint-Lambert celebrates two centuries of creation and boldness in its exposition Cristal VivantLiving Crystal exhibition]. This is an opportunity to discover iconic pieces and retrace the human, artistic, and industrial adventure that brought the manufacturer international fame.

Between heritage and contemporary creation, Val Saint-Lambert will tell you the many secrets of crystal through numerous events, starting with the bicentenary’s inaugural weekend on April 11 and 12.
